Regional Account & Sales Director
Zentro is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to take charge of both account management and new sales initiatives in the Milwaukee market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships while also identifying and securing new revenue opportunities. You’ll be the trusted advisor for our property partners while also playing a critical role in expanding Zentro’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (50%)
- Own the relationship with existing property managers and owners, ensuring a seamless, high-value partnership.
- Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution, providing proactive support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Drive contract renewals by identifying growth opportunities and strengthening long-term commitments.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, gather feedback, and reinforce relationships.
- Keep stakeholders informed about updates, promotions, and new services to enhance their property’s connectivity offering.
- Deliver strategic insights through reporting on engagement, contract renewals, and service performance.
- Expand Zentro’s footprint by securing new Right of Entry (ROE) agreements with property management firms.
- Identify and pursue commercial sales opportunities within Zentro’s growing network of buildings.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with the sales team for successful conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Proven experience in account management and/or sales, preferably in telecommunications, real estate, or property management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with contract negotiations and business development strategies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Competitive base salary of $60-$70k + commission structure.
